Praise Dance Supply Return Policy
A Return Authorization (RA#) is required for all returns. No exceptions. You may request an RA# in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org (attention returns) within 15 days of receiving your shipment. Return authorizations do not guarantee a refund or exchange. Praise Dance Supply reserves its right of accepting or rejecting a return after examining the returned items, according to the following rules and exceptions:
- Missing or incorrect shipments. Missing items or incorrectly shipped items need to be reported (by phone or email) within 72 hours of receiving your item(s). Defective items need to be reported (by phone or email) within 7 days of receipt. Only truly defective/incorrect items will qualify for refund or replacement. In the case of defective/incorrectly shipped items, we will refund your payment (by credit card or check) or will send you a replacement (same style/size/color as original order) after items are received back and inspected. It is your responsibility to return the incorrect/damaged item to us, with a valid return authorization. If determined that the shipment was incorrectly shipped or defective, shipping & handling will be refunded. Praise Dance Supply cannot process any refunds or exchanges until the disputed items are received. Returns must be sent postage paid. After receiving a return, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of all refunds or exchanges.
- Only in the case of incorrectly shipped items shipping charges will be refunded if customer does not want a replacement. After inspection of a returned item, Praise Dance Supply retains all rights of deciding if an item is truly defective or if the condition seems to have been caused by customerís misuse or normal wear and tear.
- Returns for any other reason besides a defective or incorrectly shipped item will be exchanged or refunded. In those cases, a re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged for each item returned or exchanged for reasons other than defective merchandise or a Praise Dance Supply shipping mistake. Re-stocking and shipping fees for exchange/returns requested for reasons other than defective/incorrect merchandise must be pre-paid before Praise Dance Supply can send out a new shipment.
- Return authorizations are valid for 15 days after approval (items must be received at PRAISE DANCE SUPPLY within 15 days).
- Items returned in NON-RESALABLE condition will not be refunded and will be kept by Praise Dance Supply, unless the customer asks and pays for shipping & handling to receive them back.
- REFUSED PACKAGES. If a package is refused by customer, customer is responsible for paying shipping charges for both, original shipment as well as the additional charges charged to Praise Dance Supply by the carrier ($12.00) as refusal packages are charged an additional fee by all carriers such as UPS, FEDEX, etc.
- FREE SHIPPING and RETURNS for refund: If an order received free shipping but items are returned for a refund, the original shipping charge (or corresponding partial shipping if order partially returned) will be restated and charged back. The original shipping & handling charge will be discounted from the amount to be refunded.
- If a package gets lost by any of our carriers, we will open an investigation with the carrier (i.e, UPS, USPS). We cannot send a replacement package or refund any money until that investigation has been finished by the carrier.
- For all returns, items must be in unworn condition, complete, not soiled, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Shoes that show signs of wear will not be accepted. If returned, they will stay at Praise Dance Supply unless customer requests and pays for them to be shipped back. Merchandise packages, bags, labels and shoeboxes should not be damaged or have writing on them. Shoeboxes should not be used as a shipping box for returns. Return refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages; hence, we strongly suggest you insure your return shipment.
- Tights, body liners, undergarments, as well as foot undergarments (footundeez, dance soles, foot thongs, dance paws and lyrical sandals) are all considered personal use items. For sanitary reasons and health regulations, personal use items are not returnable (not refundable or exchangeable). CDs, books, DVDs, videos, rhinestones, makeup, clearance/closeout items, special sale items and special orders not listed in this website are not returnable (not refundable or exchangeable), no exceptions.
- All decisions regarding style, color and size are considered the solely choice of the customer. Fabrics and colors shown in this website may not be actual color representation. Descriptions of colors and styles are based on manufacturers' descriptions and are subject to interpretation. Fitting information is suggested as a guideline but cannot be guaranteed by Praise Dance Supply.
All returns must be shipped to 9621 Westview Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33076. In person returns will not be accepted at that location. All returns should be mailed or shipped, no exceptions. The number given to you as your return authorization must be clearly printed outside the shipping box and also included inside with a note of explanation stating the reasons for your return and instructions telling us what you would like done with your returned items. Returns must include a copy of your invoice/receipt. Please note that we can process returns only for items purchased from Praise Dance Supply at our online store (www.praisedancesupply.com) or purchased by phone through Praise Dance Supply. Again, items returned without a Return Authorization, or items that do not pass the inspection after returned (rejected returns) will be kept by Praise Dance Supply unless the customer requests and pays for them to be shipped back to customer.
