Shipping Information & Rates
Shipping Charges within the United States (including HI, AK & Puerto Rico).
Our shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location. Given that the cost is based on the weight of the order, and not on the number of items purchased, orders with multiple items will normally be charged less shipping than if they were purchased individually. Shipping charges include carrier costs (including fuel surcharges), handling and processing fees and are subject to change. Prior to checkout, while viewing your cart you will be offered the opportunity to enter a destination zip code to determine shipping charges.
Currently, we only offer UPS Ground Shipping through our website. However, if you need expedite shipping we may be able to provide it if you call our customer service at 1-866-668-4024 (TOLL FREE). Tracking information is available for all orders sent via this method. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. UPS ground delivers packages Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Saturday delivery is not available. UPS Ground Shipping usually takes from 3 to 4 Business Days, although some destinations may take up to 7 business days. Business days are considered to be M-F.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the US and Puerto Rico.
Processing Time
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays). Generally, orders will ship out within 3-4 business days after they are placed. Hence, for estimating time of arrival, the first day of shipping should be considered the first business day after the order has shipped.
Backorders
Items that are out of stock at the time that your order is placed will be put on backorder and your credit card will not be charged for that item until it ships. If an item is backordered we will contact you as soon as possible to give you an approximate delivery date. No additional shipping charges will be added to backorder items.
