Just when I thought that "decent" customer service was a thing of the past... I had the pleasure of speaking with your customer service reps. For some reason my bank had decided to put a hold on my account for two separate charges with your company. The rep (sorry, wish I could remember her name) that I spoke with offered to contact my bank to try and clear up the situation. To my surprise the money was back in my checking account at the end of the day. Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends.
